A Well-Preserved Record Dirty Dozen WW2 Military Issued Soldiers Watch in Superb Condition with MoD Tritium Lumed Dial and Attractive Lume, c.1944 - This Watch Comes with Original Matching Numbers Case!

Founded in Tramelan, Switzerland, in 1903, Record Watch Company built a strong reputation for precise and durable timepieces. During World War II, Record was one of the select twelve manufacturers commissioned by the British Ministry of Defence to produce “Dirty Dozen” watches, built to exacting standards for military use. Their robust stainless steel cases, reliable manual movements, and legible black dials earned them respect among servicemen. Today, Record military watches remain highly sought after by collectors worldwide.

What's on Offer

We are delighted to present this incredibly well preserved Record Dirty Dozen – one of the iconic twelve watches commissioned by the British Ministry of Defence during WWII. This piece has a crisp black MoD service dial with bold Arabic numerals, a sub-seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and the unmistakable military Pheon marking it as MoD property.

The lume on the hands and hour plots has aged beautifully, offering that warm vintage charm collectors love.

A highly collectable watch, steeped in military history. We love this one!
