A very well-preserved 1950s Camerer Cuss & Co. Dress Watch

Camerer Cuss & Co. was established in the late 19th century. It became well-known for its high-quality timepieces, including both watches and clocks. The company was based in London, England, a hub for fine watch and clockmaking.

What's on Offer 

Camerer Cuss & Co. a renowned London Watchmaker were mostly known for their clocks but they also produced wristwatches in partnership with well-known brands as well as their own. This is an example of one of their watches from the 1950s.

 A very nice two-tone dial with light speckling is imprinted with luminous numerals and a touch of red underneath the Camerer Cuss signature. A simple but elegant design with a tad of vintage patina.  The case is in immaculate condition with little to no signs of wear and sharp lines throughout. It is a shock this piece has stayed in such amazing condition over this long period. 

The mechanical movement is a reliable A. Shild calibre 1361 manual wind keeping excellent time as well as in new old stock condition.
