Lemania Single Pusher Chronograph - White Dial - HS /|\ 9 4419 - Royal Navy-issued pilot's ordnance watch.

This Lemania HS9 watch was a UK Government issued to the Royal Naval Fleet Air Arm. HS stood for Hydrographic Service, which meant mapping harbours and waterways. The 9 was its watch Ministry specification number which stood for Chronograph. The engravings on the case back hint at a life dedicated to the history of its country.

The “Broad Arrow” designates the watch as the property of the crown and the additional number is likely an MoD store or watch number! Most of these watches were re-purposed at which time these case back engravings were struck through and then re-engraved with new issue numbers, so it is rare to come across one these days that still bears its original markings without any 'strike through'!
