This beautiful Universal Geneve encompasses all that springs to mind when imagining a classic dress watch. Classic, slender lines with an unembellished and delightfully refined dial. Simple, yet elegant in design, this watch offers a nod to the styling of the Calatrava from Patek, but comes with a much more realistic price point for the majority of us! 

The dial on this particular example boasts a beautiful pearlesque colour with a slight speckling of patina. The Art Deco numerals are stunning and in great condition, with polished, mirror-like silver hour markers at alternate hours, that are inset into a matching polished, mirror silver outer dial ring which looks a stunning detail.

The subtle signature dished subdial and ultra-slim Feuille hands complete a beautifully sophisticated dial. This watch enjoys slender faceted lugs and a very slimline case, synonymous with the Calatrava styling. This type of styling allows the dial to take the main stage and as such it wears larger than its physical dimensions. A graceful watch and a very comfortable one!
