In the early 1970s, Longines partnered with French designer Serge Manzon, celebrated for his bold, sculptural style. The collaboration produced a series of striking watches in sterling silver, launched in 1973, which challenged traditional watch aesthetics. With sharp lines, dramatic curves, and a distinctly avant-garde feel, Manzon’s creations stood apart from Longines’ more classic output.
