Omega’s own archives confirm that examples of the CK700 were sold to the German market in 1934, and it is widely regarded as a “German Air Force pattern” pilot’s watch, produced just prior to the Second World War. While not all examples bear military engravings, the model itself is deeply connected with aviation history, making surviving pieces highly desirable to collectors today.
