What’s On Offer
At 37mm, this 1945 is really rather hefty considering other watches of the same era and as such wears exquisitely on the wrist. Encased in stainless steel and encapsulated underneath acrylic crystal, the dial is a beautiful blush pink with an attractive freckling of patina. The dial design is simple and elegant - a sector dial with a chapter ring with partial Roman numerals circles the outer perimeter, slim leaf hands rotate the dial and a recessed second counter sits at 6 o'clock. The watch is powered by the Longines 12.68Z, a manual movement which has a power reserve of 41 hours and was produced throughout the 1940s and 1950s. Running well and keeping good time, this watch would make a beautiful addition to any collection.
