The watch features a wonderfully characterful ivory dial with an honest, even patina that has developed over more than six decades. Applied gold Arabic numerals at 12, 3, 6 and 9 are complemented by faceted baton hour markers and matching dauphine hands, creating the timeless aesthetic for which Longines became renowned during the 1950s.

Powering the watch is the highly respected Longines Calibre 12.68ZS, a 17-jewel manual-wind movement regarded as one of the company's finest post-war calibres.
