What’s On Offer
This rare and very much sought-after watch is in remarkable vintage condition given its age and purpose as a military tool watch. There were two iterations of the dial, this is the earlier radium-dialled Series 1, version and is not signed whereas the later tritium-dialled versions had “Lemania” printed below the “12” marker. The dial retains its original lume on the hour plots and there is some still remaining in the hands too, this watch is in completely original condition. The dial has taken on some patina and aged to a nice sepia hue which really does add to the vintage aesthetic. The subdials are in nice shape and the watch is running well and keeping good time. At 38mm this is a substantial size, especially for the time it was produced, and as such it wears beautifully on the wrist.
