What’s On Offer
A rather lovely offering here from one of the world's oldest watch brands, a gold plated cushion cased Favre-Leuba Duomatic H.P.S. Automatic Calendar dated to around 1975. The champagne-coloured sunburst dial has been well preserved and boasts applied hour baton markers with onyx inserts and luminous pips and stick hands with luminous inserts. There is a day/date aperture at 3 o'clock. The acrylic crystal does have a few marks of wear as does the gold-plated case - these flaws are reflected in the price, still a lovely and very affordable vintage watch from a renowned brand. This could be the first stepping stone into the world of vintage watch collecting for somebody - its is running well and keeping good time.
