Edox watches were first brought to life when the founder, Christian Ruefli-Flury, crafted a pocket watch as a gift for his wife.  So impressed by his watchmaking ability, she convinced him to set up his own workshop which he named Edox, after the ancient Greek term for measuring time. A handsome vintage Edox chronograph equipped with the Valjoux 7733 caliber movement and manual winding. The reverse 'Panda' dial boasts applied and polished, steel baton indexes with white enamel inserts. The stainless steel three-piece (including bezel) metal cushion case is in stunning, and we believe, unpolished condition, with sharp crisp edges and satin brushed finish to the case, which showcases the unique grey/blue matte dial superbly.
