A 2011, Tank Louis Cartier watch, large model 2441 that comes complete with box and paperwork.

The design of the Tank Louis Cartier is instantly recognisable on the wrist. It has remained virtually unchanged from when it was first designed long ago and adorned the wrist of Louis Cartier himself. Since those early examples there have been many iterations of which this reference 2441 is one of the most desirable.

With contemporary case proportions, and remaining refined and slim as the original Tank cases were designed to be. Once again and in keeping with the original styling the cabochon encrusted crown is elongated, while the edges of the lugs of the solid 18K yellow gold case are subtly rounded. 

The stunning dial features a beautiful grained texture, with the characteristic Roman Numeral hour markers, and the instantly recognisable sapphire cabochon which has become a Cartier signature. This is beautifully matched with the blued stainless steel hands.

The beaded crown set with a sapphire cabochon, silvered grained dial, sword-shaped hands in blued steel, mineral crystal, alligator-skin strap with Ardillon buckle in 18K yellow gold are again all in almost perfect condition with barely any signs of wear. 

The watch comes fitted on what looks like its original and genuine crocodile leather strap, the watch has just been fully serviced and the battery changed. It will run for years without a second thought, all functions are working perfectly and it will carry a VWS backed 12 months guarantee!
