A world-famous watch born out of a loyal friendship; the Santos de Cartier is a timepiece to be treasured. It was created in 1904 following a promise from Louis Cartier to his friend and well-known Brazilian aviator Alberto Santos Dumont. In 2004, Cartier launched the Santos 100 collection to honour the 100-year anniversary of the original Santos watch.

A very stylish watch indeed, this Cartier Santos 100 is very meaty on the wrist and certainly makes a statement, although despite its generous proportions, the watch is very comfortable on the wrist! The dial is beautifully bold in design with oversized Roman numerals, a prominent Cartier signature, lumed sword hands and a punch of bright red on the central seconds hand. The steel bezel is finished with the synonymous Cartier screws. In superb condition and sold with box and papers, this watch is a cracking purchase.
