A Stunning Bulova Sport-Timer with a Fantastic and Rare Blue Cross-Hair Dial with Sporty Orange Accents, c.1969
Bulova is a New York based corporation making watches and clocks. It was founded and incorporated as the J. Bulova Company in 1875 by Joseph Bulova (1851-1936), an immigrant from Bohemia. It was reincorporated under the name Bulova Watch Company in 1923, and became part of the Loews Corporation in 1979.
What’s On Offer
This is a superb example of the Bulova Sport Timer watch in wonderful condition. The sporty indigo-blue dial is in blemish-free condition and looks stunning with the cross-hair detail and sporting white baton hour markers. The polished metal stick hands and zesty neon orange central seconds hand are nice details and bring the dial together with a really nice sporty yet casual aesthetic. This watch is definitely an all-rounder, it can be worn from day to night and in casual or formal settings. We have paired it with a blue tweed strap, however, we appreciate this isn't to everybody's taste and we are happy to change it for something to suit you. It is running well and keeping good time, it wears beautifully on the wrist and is light and comfortable. We have only ever had one of these watches in stock before and it sold very quickly so we don't expect this one to hang around for long! Snap it up!
