This 1950s Omega dress watch is very similar to in design to the watches used by the military in the 1940s and boasts bold Arabic numerals, a recessed sub-second dial at 6 o'clock and lume-filled syringe hands. The Arabic numerals also still retain their original lume - used to aid visibility in low light - and it has now aged to a beautiful caramel colour. The dial has aged to nice deep ivory and has a little natural patina across the centre mainly which is a joy for those who appreciate the natural ageing process of vintage watches - each one is individual. 

The dial is encapsulated underneath shatterproof Plexiglas and encased in polished stainless steel with spyder lugs. At 36mm it is mid-size and wears very comfortable on the wrist, running well and keeping good time, this watch is a classic which will simply never go out of style.
