Omega Caliber 625 Movement - Crown, Dial & Hands included. Though the Crown, Dial & Hands, and movement are sold together, each of these three (Dial & Hands sold together) can be separated should you only wish to purchase one of these as a replacement part. Here calibre 625 is fitted to a 1970s Omega De Ville, though it fits many other manually-wound watches of a similar size with no date. 

The Caliber 625 is a manually-wound movement manufactured between 1973-1979. I include a link to a detailed and excellent website on this movement here (click link).
