The Seamaster is the longest-running product line still produced by Omega. It was introduced in 1948 and was loosely based upon designs made for the British Royal Navy towards the end of World War II. The original Seamaster's key feature was an O-ring gasket used to provide its waterproof seal.

This (Now Discontinued), Ref: 2534.5000 from 2007, Seamaster GMT Chronometer boasts a very stylish "Wave Dial" in rich black, furnished with substantial luminous sword hands, luminous tapered baton hour markers, central seconds, and dual time zone hand and bezel. A framed date aperture at 3 o’clock completes the dial which is encapsulated underneath sapphire crystal glass and enveloped by a stainless steel case and the rotating 24-hour bezel. The bold design with its jumbo detailing, namely the big triangle at 12, makes for a very striking watch with really substantial proportions that whilst weighty, remain comfortable on the wrist. It is in super condition with only light signs of general wear, it has been very well taken care of and comes complete with its original box and paperwork. A key piece for any Omega enthusiast, with bags of charisma and wearability. Style and substance come together perfectly on this Seamaster GMT!
