What’s On Offer
Who wouldn't want to own a beautiful JLC gold watch? This is a stunning 1940s piece with a wonderful Roman sector dial in fantastic condition. The dial is two-tone silver with bold black Roman numerals with slim, blued steel hands. Encapsulated underneath shatterproof acrylic crystal and encased in 9k yellow gold, this is a very pretty watch and the addition of the bulbous crab claw lugs gives extra proportion to this mid-sized watch as well as a beautiful decorative opulence. The Gold Dennison case and lugs are both in good condition with only minor signs of wear for a watch of this age and it wears beautifully on the wrist. The watch is paired with a soft brown leather strap but this could easily be changed for something a little bolder if you were so inclined, Hermes orange would look fabulous for instance! This is a wonderful piece and would make any vintage lover extremely happy.
