What’s On Offer
This Avia Marino Divers Watch boasts a beautiful original dial in matt black with tritium rectangular hour indexes which have aged to a rather nice caramel colour. The chunky pencil hands also contain the original lume which has aged in correspondence with the hour plots giving the dial a beautifully even vintage aesthetic. A subtle date aperture at 3 o'clock completes the dial which is encapsulated underneath Plexiglas and encased in stainless steel with a rich black bi-directional bezel which is in nice vintage condition however it does have a tiny amount of lume missing on the 12 o'clock triangle. The tonneau case is in good shape with light signs of wear, all perfectly acceptable for a watch of this age. A great vintage dive watch with lots of character and a very handsome dial, comfortable on the wrist and has excellent meaty proportions at 38mm case width without the crown. A Great buy!
