New and Unworn 2020, 41mm Rolex, Oyster Perpetual Submariner, model reference 124060, none date, with box and papers.

The watch we have here is the new reference 124060, the latest iteration of the Rolex Oyster Perpetual Submariner range. This is the model without a date display (always my personal favourite). It's the new 41mm case! Also on the re-designed bracelet which you may notice is a bit wider and therefore balance the watch out so much more this also compliments the slightly narrower lugs which we again really like compared to the discontinued model (we feel it’s gone back a little to the pre-ceramic styling). 

This new reference Rolex Submariner is also powered by a new calibre 3230 Rolex movement. So with this new movement you get a longer 70-hour power reserve which is almost double the outgoing model and Rolex's proprietary escapement, which makes for a more efficient and reliable workhorse! It still has chronometer certification, and should run for longer before it needs a service.

The last time the Submariner No-Date received an update was in 2012 with Maxi case and ceramic bezel! The Submariner case has measured 40mm going back many years now, so this is the first time we have seen a new case size in the Submariner model range in a great many years and we personally think that it’s no bad thing because it harking back towards a more vintage looking size or at least looks to be!

This piece will also be supplied with a VWS leather presentation pouch for safe storage when not on the wrist.
