Omega Automatic Stainless Steel Bumper Movement Ref.2584-2480-1

This extraordinary Swiss made Omega watchwith two-tone dial, is a thing of beauty. Manufactured in 1947, it still to this day retains its charismatic charm. A fantastic two-tone dial, with a cream inner dial and a silver outer dial showcases Radium hand painted Art Deco style numerals. It features a calibre 351 Manuel wind movement with 17 jewels, and is in excellent working condition.

A stainless-steel case, with raised scalloped lugs, you can really see this exceptional design shining through on the photos we have provided. This finer detail really enhances the look and feel of this watch. Along with the Omega embossed logo on the crown.

The Syringe hands are filled with Radium lume, which under UV light glows a vivid lime green. It has Art Deco numerals and is a fantastic testament to a watch that is over 70 years old.

The two-tone dial does show signs of speckling, only adding to the history and look of this piece. Under close examination, crazing to the glass can be seen across the acrylic crystal. As the watch is yet to be serviced, if you wish, the glass can be changed upon request as part of the service, allowing you to decide as some may prefer it as it looks.

This is a watch that really sell’s itself! It’s a fantastic piece of engineering with an artistic flair to match. Presented on a brown leather strap, this mesmerising Omega Automatic can be worn for any occasion and makes a real impact.
