Many thanks,

This beautifully formed Jaeger-LeCoultre has survived decades in its stylish mid sized stainless steel case, dating back to c.1950s. It has seen no major dents or marks and remains an impressive piece to this day.

ü Beautiful cream dial with a lovely, even patina and a sub-seconds register.

ü Sleek stainless steel case in great condition.

ü Straight lugs make for an elegant wear.

A stunning two-piece stainless steel case with a chip back forms the backbone of this stunning vintage watch, bearing Jaeger-LeCoultre on the inside case back and the serial number (4724xx) on the back. The case appears not to have been polished and so remains very true to its original condition and gives off a smooth, metallic lustre. The case measures 30mm and so wears elegantly and yet slightly smaller than most modern watches, although the case thickness props this up to make the watch appear larger in profile and on the wrist.

The dial is also a notably well preserved element in this watch, having gained a slightly warm patina but remaining otherwise untouched and original in its construction and condition. Jaeger LeCoultre have also added different baton styles to the dial; Arabic numerals at 2,4,8 and 10, and rose gold applied arrow head batons at the rest of the hour positions.

The calibre p480/c movement is constructed entirely by Jaeger-LeCoultre and is in excellent working order, keeping time remarkably well for a watch over 65-year-old.
