A Brand new unworn 2020 Rolex Oyster Perpetual Yacht-Master 40 - Blue Dial, Rolesium (Platinum) Bezel, steel case. Complete full set, with box and all original purchase papers. The watch has only been worn to photograph on our wrist in the photos attached!
The Rolex Yacht-Master 40 has become well touted this year within watch circles, and for good reason. Featuring Rolex's brand new Rolesium technology, the watch deploys a stunning contrast between sandblasted Platinum and rugged 904L Rolex Oystersteel. The bezel, made of solid 950 platinum , glows with a silvery whiteness in comparison to the deep marine sheen of the blue dial, making for an absolutely stunning watch face which creates a luxurious look without getting too busy.
The red lollipop seconds hand and the Yacht-Master dial denotion jump out amidst the aquatic blue and silver tones of the case. The sunburst effect to the dial creates a deep, watery effect to it and glimmers when moved through the light. The attention to detail regarding design on this watch is truly unparalleled amongst other Yacht-Master variants: there appears to have been a particular focus on juxtaposing matte and reflective surfaces in different forms to achieve a dial which attracts curious eyes without screaming in your face.
What's on offer
This watch has only been worn once (1 time!) by our photographer for about 5 minutes to get a wrist shot seen here. There is no sign of wear anywhere on the watch. The entirety of the watch's original documentation and packaging, both decorative and protective, will be included with this watch sale.
