A Superb Preowned Baltic Bicompax 002 in Stainless Steel with A Stunning Brushed and Sandy Silver Dial, Dated to 2020 and Sold with Box and Papers.

BALTIC Watches were launched via Kickstarter in 2017 with their two first watches: The Bicompax & HMS, both inspired by the 40’s step-case watches. 

The Bicompax 002 is a chronograph equipped with a Seagull ST19 column wheel movement. The term «bicompax» refers to chronographs with two registers, which is typical of the 1940s. The design of the case draws its inspiration from the step-case watches of this decade. It has been reworked to bring a touch of modernity: linear brushing on the side, circular brushing on the lugs, and mirror polishing on the last step on the case.

This Baltic Bicompax 002 is a manual chronograph with a step case. It has a very distinctive finish with linear brushing on the side, circular brushing on the lugs and mirror polishing on the last step on the case - this means it catches the light superbly! At 38mm, it has a good presence on the wrist whilst remaining subtle enough to parade as an attractive dress watch with a nod to 40's styling. 

The dial has two distinct finishings - a stepped circular brushed chapter ring, flying above a sandy matte dial. The result is an astonishing way of taking the light, and a very high-end finish.

This watch is in beautiful pre-owned condition with barely any signs of wear. It is a 2020 model and is sold with its original box and papers. A very affordable luxury watch which is well-made and incredibly attractive!
